How should I clean and maintain my Jubi Rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We suggest professional cleaning every 12-18 months.
Do I need a rug pad?
We strongly recommend using a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your flooring, and extend the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning.
Will my rug have a smell or shed when first opened?
New rugs may have a mild 'new rug' scent that dissipates within a few days. Natural fiber rugs, like wool, may experience minor shedding for the first few weeks.
Can I use these rugs over carpet?
Absolutely. When placing a rug over carpet, we recommend using a specialized 'carpet-to-carpet' rug pad to prevent shifting and wrinkling.
